Ingredients
  • 1 ounce Pie crust
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoon Chocolate shavings
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, evaporated milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Gradually add the melted butter to the mixture, stirring continuously.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and smooth the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the pie is set.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 1 hour.
  8. Serve with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings.
