  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the caster sugar and eggs until pale and fluffy.
  4. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, whisking continuously.
  5. Sift in the all-purpose flour and cocoa powder, and fold gently until combined.
  6. Stir in the creme de cassis liqueur.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased and lined cake tin.
  8. Bake for 40 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the tin for 10 minutes.
  10. Transfer the cake to a wire rack and let it cool completely.
  11. Once cooled, decorate the top of the cake with fresh raspberries.
  12. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
