  1. Bake the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions.
  2. Let the cake cool completely and crumble it into a large bowl.
  3. Add the chocolate frosting to the crumbled cake and mix until well combined.
  4. Roll the cake mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Insert a cake pop stick into each ball and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  6. Melt the chocolate candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl.
  7. Dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
  8. Decorate with sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
  9. Place the cake pops back on the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
