  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.75 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1.5 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Boiling water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix well until smooth.
  4. Stir in the boiling water gradually, mixing until the batter is smooth.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
