Ingredients
  • 200 gram Chocolate
  • 150 gram Butter
  • 150 gram Sugar
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 100 gram All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 6 unit Orange
  • 50 gram Powdered Sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Cut the tops off the oranges and scoop out the pulp. Set the oranges aside.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until creamy. Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
  4. Sift in the flour and baking powder and fold gently until just combined.
  5. Fill the hollowed oranges with the chocolate batter, leaving a little space at the top for rising. Place the filled oranges on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the cakes cool in the oranges for 10 minutes.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
