Ingredients
  • 1 cup Pie crust
  • 1.5 cup Pecans
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 0.75 cup Corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 large Eggs
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the granulated sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well combined and the sugars have dissolved.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Gradually pour the melted butter mixture into the beaten eggs, stirring constantly.
  4. Stir in the pecans and chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 1 hour before serving.
