  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water.
  3. In a food processor, blend the silken tofu, almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and a pinch of salt until smooth and well combined.
  4. Pour in the melted chocolate and blend again until everything is fully mixed.
  5. Grease a round cake tin with coconut oil and pour the mixture into it.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack and let it cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, decorate the cake with fresh berries.
  9. Allow the cake to rest for at least 1 hour before serving.
