  • 1.5 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 0.5 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Ripe Bananas
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 0.75 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 0.5 cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a cake pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mash the ripe bananas. Add vegetable oil, sugar, vanilla extract, vinegar, and water. Mix well.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, slice and serve.
