Ingredients
  • 2 cup Cake flour
  • 4 tablespoon Lard
  • 3 tablespoon Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Alkaline water
  • 1.5 cup Winter melon
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Mix the lard, water, sugar, and alkaline water together.
  2. Add the cake flour and knead until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into small portions.
  4. Flatten each portion and place a filling made from winter melon inside.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
  6. Brush the top of each cake with water and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow the cakes to cool before serving.
