Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Graham cracker crust
  • 3 cup Fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 8 piece Mint leaves
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crust with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into a pie dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan, combine the strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove the strawberry mixture from heat and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour the strawberry mixture into the baked crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Serve chilled with whipped cream and garnish with mint leaves.
