Ingredients
  • 150 gram Macadamia nuts
  • 1 cup Shredded coconut
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 teaspoon Lime zest
  • 0.5 cup Fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • for garnish Lime slices
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a food processor, pulse the macadamia nuts until finely chopped.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped macadamia nuts, shredded coconut, melted butter, and graham cracker crumbs. Mix well.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
  5. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, then remove and let it cool completely.
  6. In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, lime zest, lime juice, and coconut milk until well combined.
  7. Pour the mixture into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  8. Place the pie in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  9. Once chilled, top with whipped cream and garnish with lime slices.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy!
