Ingredients
  • 200 gram Chocolate
  • 100 gram Butter
  • 200 gram Digestive Biscuits
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 unit Eggs
Instructions
  1. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix them with melted butter. Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract. Gradually pour in the melted chocolate mixture while whisking.
  4. Pour the chocolate filling into the prepared crust.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Allow the pie to cool for 1 hour before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
