  • 500 gram Chicken
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 cup Potatoes
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 0.5 cup Flour
  • 4 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 sheet Puff pastry
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and cook until translucent.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Gradually add chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
  6. Add carrots, peas, potatoes, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  8. Roll out the puff pastry and place it over the baking dish, trimming any excess.
  9. Cut slits in the pastry to allow steam to escape.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
