Ingredients
  • 500 gram Chicken
  • 50 gram Butter
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 piece Carrot
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 piece Egg
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion, carrots, and peas, and cook until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add the chicken broth and milk, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
  4. Add the cooked chicken, salt, pepper, and thyme. Stir well to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Roll out the puff pastry and place it over the baking dish, trimming any excess pastry.
  7. Beat the egg and brush it over the pastry.
  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
