Ingredients
  • 500 gram Chicken Breast
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup LACTAID Milk
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 0.5 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
  3. Add the chicken breast and cook until browned. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the carrots, peas, chicken broth, LACTAID Milk, flour, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and cook until the mixture thickens.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and mix well with the vegetable mixture.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  7. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and place it over the baking dish, covering the chicken mixture.
  8. Cut slits in the pastry to allow steam to escape.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
  10. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
