Ingredients
  • 1 pound Chicken
  • 2 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 cup Potato
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 tablespoon Butter
  • 1.5 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened.
  3. Add the chicken and cook until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and milk.
  5. Add the frozen mixed vegetables, potato, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the mixture thickens.
  6. Stir in the cooked chicken.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  8. Roll out the puff pastry and place it over the baking dish, trimming any excess pastry.
  9. Cut a few slits in the pastry to allow steam to escape.
  10. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
  11. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
