Ingredients
  • 400 gram Chicken Breast
  • 16 ounce Pierogies
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Cook the pierogies according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Slice the cooked chicken breasts into thin strips and add them to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add the cooked pierogies to the skillet and toss to coat them in the Alfredo sauce.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
