Ingredients
  • 500 gram Chicken
  • 2 teaspoon Tarragon
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Carrot
  • 50 gram Flour
  • 50 gram Butter
  • 300 ml Chicken Stock
  • 2 sheet Puff Pastry
  • 1 beaten Egg
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Heat butter in a pan and sauté onions and carrots until softened.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Gradually add chicken stock and tarragon, stirring constantly until thickened.
  6. Transfer the mixture to individual pie dishes.
  7. Cover with puff pastry and brush with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
