In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, cook the chicken until no longer pink. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté the onion, carrot, and peas until tender.

Add the flour and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

Gradually add the chicken broth and milk, stirring until thickened.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Stir in the cooked chicken and bacon.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.

Roll out the puff pastry and place it over the filling.

Cut slits in the pastry to allow steam to escape.
