  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Canned cherry pie filling
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, melted butter, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Pour half of the batter into the prepared cake pan.
