Ingredients
  • 2 sheet Puff pastry sheets
  • 1.5 cup Cherries
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 beaten Egg
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cherries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of cherry mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling, forming a triangle.
  6. Brush the pastry with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
