Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup Cream cheese, softened
  • 0.75 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Almond extract
  • 1.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 1.5 cup Cherry pie filling
  • 0.25 cup Sliced almonds, toasted
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and almond extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread the cherry pie filling evenly over the crust. Pour the cream cheese mixture on top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle toasted sliced almonds on top.
