Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Crab meat
  • 3 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 unit Egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Panko breadcrumbs, green onions, parsley, beaten egg, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into patties, about 3 inches in diameter.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the crab cakes for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or a squeeze of lemon juice.
