In a large bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Panko breadcrumbs, green onions, parsley, beaten egg, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Shape the mixture into patties, about 3 inches in diameter.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Cook the crab cakes for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
