Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, sauté the chicken breast until cooked through. Remove from heat and shred the chicken.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cornbread mix, eggs, milk, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder. Mix well.

In a greased casserole dish, spread half of the cornbread mixture on the bottom.

Layer the shredded chicken, canned corn, black beans, salsa, and shredded cheddar cheese on top of the cornbread mixture.

Pour the remaining cornbread mixture over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cornbread is golden brown and cooked through.
