Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Chicken Breast
  • 2 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 0.25 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1.5 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the chicken breast until no longer pink. Remove from skillet and shred.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Gradually whisk in the chicken broth and milk. Cook until thickened.
  6. Stir in the shredded chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  8. Roll out the puff pastry and place it over the baking dish, trimming any excess pastry.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
  10. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
