  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, Greek yogurt, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Gradually add flour and lemon zest, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  9. Run a knife around the edges to loosen the cake, then remove the sides of the springform pan.
  10. Let the cake cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  11. Serve chilled with fresh berries on top.
