Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until onion is translucent.

Sprinkle flour over the meat mixture and stir until well combined.

Pour in the beef broth, ketchup, mustard, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and bring to a simmer.

Add the frozen mixed vegetables and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.

Roll out the pie crust and place it onto a greased pie dish.

Pour the meat mixture onto the bottom crust.

Cover with the second pie crust, sealing the edges and cutting a few slits on the top for steam to escape.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
