The cheeseburger pie is a fun twist on the classic cheeseburger, combining all the flavors in a comforting pie format.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.

Stir in the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.

Roll out the pie crust and line a pie dish with it.

Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese on the bottom of the pie crust.

Spoon the ground beef mixture on top of the cheese.

Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top of the ground beef.

Cover the pie with the remaining pie crust and seal the edges.

Brush the beaten egg over the top crust.

Cut a few slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

Let the pie rest for 10 minutes before serving.
