  2. In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Set aside to cool.
  4. In a bowl, mix the feta cheese, cheddar cheese, eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add the cooled spinach mixture and mix well.
  6. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  7. Layer the phyllo dough sheets, brushing each sheet with melted butter.
  8. Pour the cheese and spinach mixture over the phyllo dough.
  9. Fold the excess phyllo dough over the filling.
  10. Brush the top with butter and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Allow the pie to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
