  1. In a large bowl, combine bread flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Heat milk and butter in a small saucepan until butter melts.
  3. Pour the milk mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and sprinkle cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese evenly over it.
  8. Roll up the dough tightly and seal the edges.
