  • 2 cup Pie Crust
  • 4 large Pears
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and line a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. Peel and slice the pears, then arrange them in the pie crust.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Sprinkle the mixture over the pears.
  5. Roll out the remaining pie crust and cut it into strips. Arrange the strips in a lattice pattern over the filling.
  6. In a small bowl, beat the egg with milk. Brush the egg wash over the pie crust.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
