  • 12 ounce Pie Crust
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 14.5 ounce Canned Diced Tomatoes
  • 14.5 ounce Canned Kidney Beans
  • 14.5 ounce Canned Corn
  • 2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and corn to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a 9-inch pie dish.
  7. Pour the chili mixture into the pie crust.
  8. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  10. Let the pie rest for 10 minutes before serving.
