Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and parsley.

Roll out the pie crust and line a pie dish with it.

Layer the cooked ground beef mixture and grated cheddar cheese on top of the pie crust.

Pour the egg mixture over the beef and cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
