  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Cold unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried parsley flakes
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese. Gradually add the milk, stirring until just combined. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. In a small bowl, melt the butter and stir in the garlic powder and dried parsley flakes. Brush the biscuits with the garlic butter mixture while they are still warm. Serve and enjoy!
