Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Cold unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Cut the cold butter into small cubes and add it to the flour mixture. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to cut the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese. Gradually add the milk, stirring until the dough comes together. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown. In a small bowl, melt the butter and stir in the dried parsley flakes and garlic powder. Brush the butter mixture over the warm biscuits. Serve and enjoy!
