Gradually add the milk, stirring until the dough comes together. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead it a few times until it becomes smooth. Roll out the dough to a 1-inch thickness and cut out biscuits using a round biscuit cutter. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
