  3. Add chopped chard and kale, cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and milk together.
  5. Layer phyllo dough sheets in a baking dish, brushing each sheet with melted butter or olive oil.
  6. Spread half of the cooked greens mixture over the phyllo dough. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese. Repeat the layers with the remaining greens and cheese.
  7. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the top.
