  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake tin.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. Gradually add the flour and baking powder, alternating with the milk, and mix until well combined.
  5. Divide the batter into two equal portions.
  6. In one portion, mix in the cocoa powder until evenly distributed.
  7. In the other portion, add the green food coloring and mix until desired shade is achieved.
  8. Spoon dollops of each batter into the cake tin, alternating between chocolate and green.
  9. Use a skewer or toothpick to gently swirl the batters together to create a marbled effect.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  11. Allow the cake to cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  12. Once cooled, frost the cake with icing sugar and decorate with sprinkles.
  13. Slice and serve.
