  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients, alternating with the milk, until well combined.
  6. Divide the batter into two bowls. Add green food coloring to one bowl and cocoa powder to the other bowl.
  7. Spoon the green batter into the prepared cake pan, followed by the chocolate batter on top.
  8. Use a knife to swirl the two batters together to create a marbled effect.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  10. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  11. Once cooled, frost the cake with buttercream frosting and decorate with gummy worms.
