Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

In a large bowl, grate the cassava using a grater.

In a separate bowl, combine coconut milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, eggs, melted butter, sugar, grated cheese, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.

Add the grated cassava to the milk mixture and stir until well combined.

Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
