Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 can Crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cup Whipped topping
  • 1 jar Maraschino cherries, drained
  • 1/4 cup Shredded coconut
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch dish.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over the crust.
  3. Spread crushed pineapple over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Spread whipped topping over the pineapple layer.
  5. Top with maraschino cherries and shredded coconut.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
