  • 2 cup Papaya
  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 2 unit Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 1 sprig Mint leaves
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and dice the papaya.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced papaya, flour, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla extract, lime juice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a pre-baked pie crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
  7. Serve with whipped cream and garnish with mint leaves.
