  • 8 ounce Pie Crust
  • 2 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 cup Caramel Sauce
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 unit Eggs
  • 1 cup Evaporated Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 scoop Mincemeat Ice Cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press the pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, caramel sauce, brown sugar, eggs, evaporated milk, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 2 hours.
