Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, caramel sauce, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, salt, eggs, and evaporated milk until well combined. Pour the mixture over the crust in the baking dish.

Bake for 40 minutes or until the center is set.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 1 hour.
