  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut into circles to fit the muffin tin.
  3. Press the pie crust circles into the muffin tin and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Slice the bananas and place a few slices into each pie crust.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce over the bananas.
  6. Melt the dark chocolate and pour over the caramel and bananas.
  7. Place the pies in the refrigerator to set for 1 hour.
  8. Top with whipped cream and toasted almonds before serving.
