Ingredients
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Apples (peeled, cored, and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Caramel sauce
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until well combined. Melt the butter and add it to the egg mixture along with the milk and vanilla extract. Mix well. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fold in the chopped apples. Line a muffin tin with paper liners and fill each cup about 2/3 full with the batter. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Drizzle caramel sauce over the cooled muffins. Enjoy!
