Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into rectangular shapes.

Place the pie crust rectangles on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

In the meantime, slice the bananas into thin rounds.

Once the pie crusts have cooled, spread a layer of caramel sauce on one side of each rectangle.

Arrange a layer of banana slices on top of the caramel sauce.

Repeat the layers with another pie crust rectangle, caramel sauce, and banana slices.
