  2. Zest and juice 2 Cara-Cara oranges. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the yoghurt, sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, orange zest, and vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. While the cake is baking, prepare the glazed oranges by slicing the remaining Cara-Cara orange into thin rounds.
  8. In a small saucepan, combine the orange juice and powdered sugar. Heat over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved.
