Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cup Candy corn
  • 0.5 cup White chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in the candy corn and white chocolate chips.
  5. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool in the baking dish for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, cut into bars and serve.
